Hi, Shwarnhild! I was trying to come up with a version of the wave function collapse algorithm just for fun, and needed a tileset to use. Ended up using a subset of yours with a slight modification of the grass color. Take a look, you might get a kick out of it. Gonna wanna reload a few times - it will produce entirely different results: https://alaricus.github.io/wave-function-collapse/ Oh and the credit is in a comment in the HTML file.

That’s reallly cool! I refreshed the page several times because it was so satisfying to watch! Thank you for showing me this (and for using my assets of course)! 💛

Do the walls in this pack line up with the houses in your other pack to create a "roofless" interior down vie?

I’m sorry, I’m not sure I understand the question. Do you mean if the entire house can be replaced with lower walls? I don’t think they would line up correctly, but I haven’t tried it. I’m also not sure this would work because the texture of the walls is quite different from that of the houses.

Some tilesets can do things like this (From sunnyside world):

I'm looking for a 32x32 tileset with the same feature. Basically no need for transitions when going into buildings, you can just walk right in.

Is it mandatory to give credit?

Yes please. Since most of my assets can be used for free, I think mentioning where you got them from is not too much to ask. If you purchased the asset pack it’s not strictly necessary to give credit.

Used this asset on LD55 game jam. Check it out on itch. Rock on!

Thank you for chosing my assets, I’m always when someone finds them useful and uses them to create something new!

Also, if you have ideas what I could add or suggestions on how they could be improved, I’d be happy to hear from you 💛

this is really nice

Thank you very much! 💛

Awesome bro!

thank you!

your tree game is outstanding, that well is badass; i want to point out the plank paths, which i don't think i've seen represented in any pixel art sets. this is historically accurate with a lot of woodland settlers - plank roads may look more like boardwalks irl but this is a great way to show wilderness trails.

if we were to change anything, we'd slow down the water cycle, at least to de-sync it with the flames - but this isn't a criticism, we just want to point out to devs that this is an easy stylistic mod that could sync up with one's music.

chef's kiss. love it

Thanks for the feedback, it really encourages me to keep creating nee things!

I suppose you‘ve got a point on the animations, this is only a mock up of a little scene I created in Aseprite.

As far as I know, the animation speed for individual sprites can easily be adjusted  in the engine

Solid work! Really beautiful work all around, love the style, different than anything I have tried before.

Cheers from a fellow pixel artist!

Thank you for the kind words! I wanted to try something new and wasn't at all sure how it would turn out, so I greatly appreciate the feedback! 💛

I love the look! The lack of dark outlines makes it very soft and appealing. Very nice!

Thank you, that's so encouraging to hear! I usually like working with outlines when doing pixel art, but I've been wanting to create something more loose and a bit more detailed for a long while and finally had the time.

I think I naively underestimated just how much more work it was going to be, but it was so much fun to make and I really do hope that people will enjoy it and be inspired to make something beautiful with it ! 💛
